《The Principal's Concept of School Governance》
Starting with the core concept of "home", the school will create an atmosphere of "love". Actively promote the ability of observation, analysis, expression, cooperation and creativity, combined with the school-based curriculum, diversified exploration, deep cultivation of art and literature, moral education and international cultural development of the school brand characteristics, rooted in the basic academic ability, to provide students with a platform for diverse performance.
- Administrative Institutionalization: Through the division of administrative work and mutual trust, the administration is institutionalized to promote education in all fields and health.
- Teacher Specialization: Establish a professional community of teachers, further study curriculum issues and improve curriculum development on each Wednesday afternoon. Participate in the whole county teacher professional development study, initiate teacher dialogue and teaching sharing.
- Student Appropriateness: Develop diversified exploration courses, such as cello and violin playing, dance, inline skating, track and field, table tennis, English conversation, art, Lego robot, etc., to explore students' potential, and to strengthen the learning assistance system.
- Curriculum Innovation: Develop school-based curriculum, strengthen reading and multicultural curriculum, and promote the characteristic teaching of rural areas. For example, lead children to explore the natural ecology, historical sites of battles, history and humanities of their hometown through bicycle, so as to establish local identity.
- Environment Optimization: To enrich and improve teaching facilities, build an international environment, and create a quality learning environment to meet the needs of students.
- Community Sustainability: Set up a volunteer team for storytelling and crossing guard and so on. Set up the parents and alumni association, and become the most effective assistant behind the scenes of the school. Make good use of community resources to complement each other.
We hope to give full play to our specialty and enthusiasm, take root in every child's basic ability and develop school brand characteristics, and shape children with courage, wisdom and gratitude, so that learning has infinite possibilities.
